Our Lindley Park remodel in Greensboro, NC opened its doors for the Greensboro Builders Association’s 2025 TOUR of Remodeled Homes.
It was a chance to share a piece of our craft—our artwork—with the community. And we had so much fun doing it.
Familiar Character. Thoughtful Changes.
This one was special. The soul of an early 1900s home, paired with the performance of a modern build.
A sealed crawlspace with a SantaFe dehumidifier.
ZIP System sheathing to help seal an old, leaky envelope.
A new CertainTeed roof.
A Lennox inverter heat pump.
A fully sealed attic.
It has an old soul but performs like a modern-day Porsche.
We’re grateful for the warmth, curiosity, and support from everyone who stepped through the door. Truly humbled that you took time out of your day to see what we do.
And for me personally—it meant a lot to open our doors to the public.
